Xián (咸) — Influence

Lake above Mountain — the yielding above the still, openness above solidity. Mutual attraction that precedes intention, resonance before calculation. "Take a wife — good fortune." The Judgment's domestic example points at something structural: the influence that genuinely moves others doesn't push. It opens, it receives, it makes response possible. Receptivity is the mechanism; everything else follows from that.
